Booking Terms

All Taxis can be booked by either phone, email or by using the online bookings or contact us page on this website.

Some Phone bookings may require confirmation by email(bookings taken from private or withheld numbers). The following
information is the minimum requirement for email bookings:

  1. Name of Customer
  2. Customer land line or Mobile number
  3. Pick up Date and time
  4. Address and Postcode
  5. Destination address and postcode

If you are travelling from airport the flight number from your airline and estimated time of arrival.


Should you wish to cancel a booking at short notice and we have already despatched a taxi, a cancellation fee may be charged this is to the discretion of the company.


Payments can be made using cash, credit/debit cards or pre payment by credit over the phone .
Credit/debit card transactions will incur a 8% processing charge. Invoices will be paid as per the agreed invoicing terms.


Matrix Taxis operates a 100% confidential service. No conversation or information seen or heard in the presence of a Matrix driver will be disclosed to a third party and all information stored by Matrix Taxis will be securely kept and then destroyed when no longer required.

Refusal of Passage

Matrix Taxis reserve the right to refuse passage to any customer showing signs of aggression towards the driver, have been using or in the possession of illegal substances or under the influence of alcohol (subject to the driver’s discretion).

Airport Transfers

On your return to the airport your driver will arrive in the airport terminal just after your flight has landed. Using either BAA flight information, Flightstats or Flight tracker service or the airports own flight information.
